As in the title, for lower back issues.

Thanks for looking,

Chris

Hi Chris

I know I'm the proverbial 'stuck record' on this question, but Kim Baxter physio ( https://www.kimbaxterphysiotherapy.co.uk/ ) has helped a few people on here (me included!)

She comes from a running background, but has also been climbing for a few years so is getting a really good understanding of the mechanics and issues of climbing.

Good luck!

James Walker at Sheffield Climbing Clinic is another option, although I haven’t used him for back issues!

For lower back issues as well.

If you have no previous injury, consider hip flexor stretching/ imbalance. That has been a problem for me and other outdoorsy friends recently. I had a good physio but he's in Nottingham.

Another vote for James Walker. Been to him for various things climbing and non-climbing related. Always friendly and knowledgeable
