Found around lunchtime today a little to the west of Ben Cleuch summit in the Ochils, a child's dragon-style green welly complete with teeth and eyes (child size 5). I then met two young women who had earlier met a man carrying a child on his shoulders and also carrying the other welly. I changed descent plans to try and catch up with the father and child, but without any joy. Anyhow, the welly is now in my house in good nick rather than getting wet at 700m.
