Dull reminder that the annual Helsby bird ban is about to start - 1 March to 30 June. The crag is a regular nesting spot for peregrines and ravens and monitored by local bird groups. Only an issue if it ever stops raining of course. Climbers should avoid routes left of Clashooks gully looking in.
