Think my dog has eaten some bread dough- the size of a 6 inch pizza.

Didn't know it was as serious as this: https://wagwalking.com/condition/yeast-dough-poisoning-in-dogs

Do i need the vet?

How big is the dog? It reads as if the main risk is mechanical, i. e. the dough physically expanding.

Our poor old dog developed this GVT (nothing to do with dough) and it is bad news.

I would certainly be ringing them and asking what they recommend, the sooner the better given the primary issue seems to be around the dough warming up and expanding

P.s. hope everything turns out ok, I know from experience it's a stressful situation when your dog manages to eat something it shouldn't have!

I was speaking with a vet friend about chocolate and she was saying they actually gave a table with coca%, animal size and volume eaten which they use when deciding how to treat.

What I'm getting at is speak to a vet and get their advice. From what she says making an animal vomit isn't exactly fun, so they don't want to treat unless actually necessary.
