Am sure you've heard of the book, it's a detailed look into the sports science behind training for Alpine Climbing, as a former Royal Marine it was very interesting to see how the training techniques compare
Putting some of them into practice (specifically improving my bodies capacity to burn its own fat) allowed me to do 12-15 hour days in Chamonix without eating or feeling tired
Thoroughly recommend the book, I'm only selling it as I no longer climb
