Does it match the phone you are using and had you just logged in? It seems to be saying that the location is for the device you are using, in which case it’s just picking up your IP address as being in London and nothing to worry about. Not particularly uncommon. I live in Wales and whenever I log into Netflix it warns me I’ve just logged in from Peterborough.
If you can’t identify who logged in at that time and from the device listed then I’d do a password change etc.
