I have a Lightwave rucksack that has the panels of fabric welded together instead of being stitched. The welding has started coming apart. I've tried contacting Lightwave but they've just ignored me. 

does anyone know of anyone who could repair it for me? Someone with an industrial sewing machine that could get right down to the bottom of a 60lt sack?

Just on a quick aside, I recently contacted Carol about my Crux AK57 pack which had a split forming from the zip pocket in the lid. I got a prompt reply and an offer to post out a complete replacement lid FOC due to this being a known flaw on some packs.
