> - pay at least the National Minimum Wage or the National Living Wage for the employee’s age group
> - only require basic training
Although looking at the “Skills and Experience Required” in the ad, the cynic in me thinks 3rd Rock might have interpreted “only require basic training” as “has the full set of skills required already”, which seems odd for a scheme targeting “16 to 24 year olds on Universal Credit who are at risk of long term unemployment”.
