Hi everybody,

I've got a pair of the Boulder X Mids, they're about the right length but pretty tight around my forefoot, which is relatively wide. If anyone has experience with these shoes I'd be interested to know if I can expect them to stretch much, as right now I'm leaning towards returning them and trying a TX4 or Scarpa Mescalito.

I have a pair of the Standard shoe Boulder X about six months old. They have really softened up and stretched on my wider foot where they've needed to and where my foot has been 'pushing' them. I can't say yours will be the same but mine have gone from super snug to super comfy.

I have had some Boulder X’s for pushing 5 years and they’ve never bedded in.  I expected them to stretch but they’ve remained super tight around the toe box area - I think because of the rand being so dominant.  I’m really disappointed with mine.
