I felt a pop in my forearm today when trying to catch a crimp whilst bouldering.
It is quite painful, bad enough that i had to stop climbing anyway. If i pull in a drag position on the pad of my right ring finger i can feel the pain through my palm and into my forearm, maybe three quarters of the way to my elbow.
A quick google search suggests a lumbrical injury but i don't have the lump in the palm below the ring finger, the pain is right where a lump would be though?
Any ideas?
