Surely none of them are eligible as they are all still alive?

Boy, 13, caught driving car with toddler and mum inside

It's Peterborough, so I'm guessing that the boy was taking his mum and the mother of his child for a slap up meal at McDonalds.

At least the two-year old was not driving. That is good

A mate was working in Riyadh, when the guy he was meeting's 12YO son got into the driver's seat of the Merc and off they went. Quite a good driver apparently.

Completely standard here in Riyadh. The mums aren't allowed to drive (until this July) so they get their sons to drive whatever their age. I was almost wiped out by a 10yo driving a huge V8 truck with all of his siblings in it a couple of years ago. A colleague of mine was told by his dad (when driving underage) that if he crashed he was to get out of the car and run for it (leaving his mum in the car, probably).
