Can anyone suggest some very easy areas to climb with young children in the Fort William / Glen Nevis area. I'm looking for routes/crags that are ideally Mod/Diff. or lower as the age range will be between 5-11 yrs. I'm happy to set up top rope/ single pitch/ abseiling. Would prefer near to road and ideally it would be great to spend 1/2 day max. There maybe outcrops / crags that are not listed in the guide books.

I am aware of Polldubh crags as a possible location, what do you think and if so which bits are best?
Any ideas gratefully received ?
thanks

You might find this place useful:
Dubh-Ghlac (Onich Slabs) though it is sometimes occupied by instructors with groups, and is prone to midges. Take care with small kids on the approach, which is from above.

Thanks for that, great help. any other locations/crags closer to Fort William or in Glen Nevis?
As long as I can make safe anchors, there maybe a nice little abseil rock
Thanks

There's Upper Pinnacle: Upper Pinnacle (D), and SW Buttress at Polldubh: both very polished, though.
