Yes; certainly more suited to canoe or similar use, rahter than lining a pack. Thick, tough, PVC-coated polyester. Assuming it's the same a s a few years ago; looks like it is.

Just picked one up, ideal for my wet filthy clothes post MTB ride.

Seems very durable,will be good for nything where its going to get knocked about
