i did my SPA training on the 20th of july. i have also done a few group
sessions at the local climbing wall (the Rope Race Marple) but i need work xp out side. can any one help?

i'm free as a bird at the mo and can do any day any time.

In reply to hiu068: Don't Rope race do outdoor groups too? You could always ask one of the staff if you could tag along - they are an approachable bunch.

they do. if its sunny i'm going out to morrow. but i want more. i want to do as much as possible.
