What has actually happened to Karrimor? I've heard various conflicting answers. Can anyone clarify please

Looks like some of the "brands" have been transferred to new owners. Go to www.karrimorbike.com and you'll see an 0131 (Edinburgh) number which turns out to be that of Raw Experience in Loanhead. Perchance a similar fate has befallen the regular Karrimor range?
