Does anyone know this race? It is a CL fell race, and it does feel funny to have a fell race this far south. I'm tempted because it's nearby, and the right sort of distance and hilliness for me. 2 June this year. Any thoughts welcome.
I've done the Box Hill Fell Race which is also organised by SLOW in the winter and it's a great event. There's plenty of up and down and the hills are steep. What more could you want?
I had a little recce womble round the 10m version of the Surrey Hills race today - I want to do the longer version, but didn't want to do 18 miles today. What a lovely place. Navigation between the check points was easy - well, between where I think the check points are!! - and I reckon I can do this without embarrassment.
