Anyone done it? Any good?
Not after any alternative suggestions. Just any useful insight into the race itself, and the city as a place to visit if possible
Thanks in advance.

Boeing factory tour
Seattle underground history tour
Victoria in Canada as a day trip (fast ferry)
Pike place market
Well the city is a great place to visit if that's any help.
Great vibe, great people. Outdoorsy feel.
A few other sightseeing suggestions:
Whale watching (book the fast boat that goes direct from the mainland)
Original Starbucks (Pike's Place)
Bar of the Edgewater Hotel (great views & photos of bands who stayed there)
I have done some city running in Seattle. It's a lovely setting for a marathon.
Thanks all. Some great suggestions. Good to hear the city’s worth a visit.
Think the entry will be going in!
Mount St Helens for a day trip, check the reiews as it might not be so impressive now but 25 yearsago the devestation of landscape was mind blowing.
