I have a tightness in the back of hamstring, which my Physio thinks is caused by the sciatic nerve.
It means i get a few km into a run and the back of my leg feels tight/swollen which the. Triggers an aching in my ischial tuberosity (which is a hangover from hamstring tendonosis).
Anyone got a good resource for rehabbing sciatica? I’ve not run for 7weeks and it’s beginning to drive me crazy!
