So from the car park, looking at the crag from left to right (where the right is the tip pointing out to the sea) the far right of the crag is tidal sorta. If you're on the 'Stone Wings Cliff' area or 'Dunraven cliff' then you won't have to worry too much about the tide. However you do get cut off from the car park, for about 1.5 to 2 hours (depending on the height of tide) either side of high tide. If you're right on the tip, then you can get cut off. You've got about 2 hours either side of low water on the cave area by the tip.
If there are people in the car park then tell them you know you'll get cut off and you're fine with that. Otherwise the might call out the RNLI. However random folk might do that for you as well, this has happened to me.
