At risk of stating the bleeding obvious, if you're going for a shite in the woods around 'bleau in the next few weeks, DON'T burn your bog roll. There was a mini forest fire today at Elephant which was only just put out thanks to the sterling efforts of about sixty climbers racing back and forth with bags of sand and beating the flames  out. Lucky there were so many motivated people about to help.

Oh yeah. FOR SALE: Metolious bouldering mat, excellent condition except for dozens of small holes melted into one end of one half.  Oops.

She did tell me not to use the mat to try to beat the fire out.  Eek.

Liberal application of Aquaseal might sort it out. Maybe.
