I'm afraid I can't think of anywhere with top rope access. However the roadside sectors Visoke Pole and Banina bara tend to be quite popular so you may find someone to give you a rope (they also have shade, which you'll need at this time of year).
(The exen more popular Planova sector is South facing and will be like an oven)
