Looking for good slab boulders in the lakes. I recently had a shoulder op and I can’t use that arm so I want to do some no handed climbing.

any suggestions? Cheers

Yesterday I walked over Brant Fell. Nothing much for you there but if you go down the far slope (away from the lake) you'll find some nice looking slabs you MIGHT be able to do no-handed?

Not the Lakes and not really a boulder but might as well get it out the way, Scallop (E7 6b).

If you can get a belayer, hare and goat crag in eskdale have routes that will be fun one handed, v/diffs up brown slabs too.

+1 for the hare/goat crags in Eskdale, think I managed to run up a VS there years ago.

I've done some of the problems on the Sugar Loaf boulder at Carrock no hands.

Theres the classic one legged hoping challenge on the Bowderstone, hop on at the low end and keep going until you get to the top, the crux hop is near the bottom about 3 or 4 hops in!
