Rock climbing travel insurance experiences

Hi

Rock climbing travel insurance.

Has anyone ever had any experience of and/or had to claim from Protectivity Insurance? Were they any good? 

Apart from BMC, any other recommended firms that would understand someone partaking in rock climbing (sport in this instance).

+1 for Snowcard. They seem to know about climbing and they are cheaper than BMC. I have claimed on them (skiing) and they were the best insurance company I've ever had to deal with.
