A while back I went on holiday to Mallorca, and visited Sa Calobra, and walked along the torrent de Pareis. The rock there looked awesome, and as far as I can tell there are no routes there. Does anyone know if this is due to restrictions, as it seems to me that on somewhere like Mallorca this wouldn't be untapped if not for that or a similar reason.

It's a long time since I was in the Torrent (30 years?) but I'm sure there were sport routes at least on the shorter stuff where the tunnel comes in. There may have been trad on the big stuff. We were doing the gorge scramble at the time and didn't investigate the climbing.

I walked through the tunnels in April to take a look before cycling up the road, and spotted a number of bolts, there aren't many routes listed on here, but they are certainly there.
