Mrs. Ent has booked a few nights at an Airbnb in Ailefroid in a couple of weeks time.

Unfortunately we won't be able to do any of the classic easy multi-pitch stuff but I'll be able to get a few hours in cragging as Mrs. Ent will kindly hold my ropes.

Can anyone recommend the best single pitch crags up there. Preferably slabby with grades 6a - 7a?

Also we'll have a day hiking too so if anyone knows of any hidden swimming spots that would be awesome.

I'm aware that it's likely to be rammed and I can probably cope with climbing in the sun for a few hours.

We had a really good day at La Gorge. Pretty good in those grades from what I remember.

Second vote for the gorge. Lovely vertical granite. And shady.
