Following up on some research I did about the Range West trespass campaign for Climber magazine a couple of years ago. I'd be very interested in getting hold of the article named in the thread title. I think this would have been in Mountain (or possibly another climbing magazine) some time in the second half of the 1980s. It is a write up by Jim Perrin of a day spent climbing (possibly trespassing) at High Rocks with the climber, socialist, writer and access campaigner Dave Cook. If someone has the relevant pile of old magazines and could provide a scan of the article, I'd be most grateful! I don't think it is reprinted in any of Perrin's books.

Not the piece I'd heard about, but that's great, thanks! - I had no idea about this one. Do you have a date and source for it? I 'd assume it was in the year or two before he organised the mass trespass in '91.
