Sad news recently. DP Review is to cease from 10th April. One of my goto sites. What will replace it or are folks not bothered?

In reply to Sean Kelly:

For lenses, I tend to go to https://www.lenstip.com/. Also find that in subjective reviews, what some would consider 'good', I (and others) rate as 'poor', particularly when using them for atypical subjects (e.g., stars). Then you have to find recommendations in more specialist groups/sites.

For bodies, I tend to be steered by whatever lens & software I want to use (and it's 'UI') which narrows the field considerably. It's generally easier to judge a body from specs (including 3rd party sensor specs) + play in shop than is the case for lenses.

In reply to Sean Kelly: I stopped being bothered when they couldn’t manage a full review of the Pentax K3iii. Maybe they didn’t get as much advertising revenue from Pentax/Ricoh as from the big players? Or maybe they could no longer fund their staff from diminishing revenue? DPreview may have been the most comprehensive photo news/discussion website but it’s not as if there’s a shortage of other sources on the web

For what it's worth, there's a Change.org petition running gathering signatures in an effort to persuade Amazon not to be quite so destructive of useful content: https://chng.it/TbhZTytNtj
