I'm still not dead TPS (ie Capita)

Had to share this latest ridiculous mess from Capita (who manage TPS):

I did wonder why the TPS, unlike other public sector pensions including Scottish Teachers wasn't part of the "Tell Us Once" system, but that explains why. Recently I've pretty much had the opposite problem to the unfortunate woman in the article.

It's not me that's dead, but they don't seem to believe my auntie is, and since I've now been granted probate, they are actually paying her TPS pension into my bank account??
