I'm hoping to head up to Kinder this coming Sunday with some scout leaders for hill walking training. Does anyone know what the parking situation at Edale or Barber Booth is like at weekends at the moment, as we aren't likely to arrive until about 10 am? Many thanks in advance.

There are a ton of farmers fields offering all-day parking for about £5 — but there are also a lot of people parking in them! I'd think you'd be okay, but I wouldn't guarantee it.

As Tehmarks said...you'll be fine at the weekend as the fields open up...the carpark in Edale is quite big anyway...you may just get a spot at that time depending on the weather!
