Overnight parking Inveruglas

Needing to leave a car in Inveruglas for a couple of nights whilst out on the hills.

It would appear that the pay and display car park doesn't allow overnight parking.

Can anyone confirm if that is the case at this time of year. Any other places anyone knows of?

Many thanks

Can't help with your question about the overnight parking but the Loch Lomond Holiday Park is close by and, if it is open now, might let you park overnight for a small fee.

How about parking in a side street of Helensborough and getting the train, if they are running, or take the bus from Luss / elsewhere on the A82?

Your car will be less conspicuous if parked in a residential area compared to standing in isolation in a public car park.

I did similar last summer and left a car with the nice people at the Slanj restaurant in Tarbet - called first and let them know, they took details, had a nice lunch in the bar, went for a wander, collected it a couple of days later. Recommended!

There are a couple of small one or two car pullouts on the A82 just north of inveruglas, but it would be a gamble. Train or (regular) bus from Tarbet is a good plan as others have suggested. Nothing officially stopping you parking on station road, but one of the locals gets weird about it, so Slanj is a good option.
