Going to Canada in June and wondering if anyone has any recommendations of some treks and hikes in the following areas. Looking for some idyllic places with good photography spots.

Jasper National Park

Banff National Park

 Yoho National Park

Kootenay National Parks

Kelowna

Whistler

I know they are just as easy to Google but wanted to know if there was anyone that had done them and might recommend some over others.

Thank you in advance

In Jasper, hire a canoe at Maligne Lake. Truly idyllic.

In Banff NP, the Valley of the Ten Peaks is hard to beat for a photogenic view. Easy access too.

I haven't done a great deal in the area, but here are a few notes which might be of interest:

Ha Lin Peak http://www.trailpeak.com/trail-Ha-Ling-Peak-near-Canmore-AB-3400

Short, but unrelentingly steep. Decent path until the final section of scree and slabby rock. Great viewpoint.

Cory and Edith Passes  http://www.trailpeak.com/trail-Cory-and-Edith-Passes-near-Banff-AB-1027

Interesting circuit with some varied scenery.

Egypt Lake http://www.trailpeak.com/trail-Egypt-Lake-near-Banff-AB-1388

We only made it to the pass as the weather was horrible (low cloud and rain turning to snow). Didn't enjoy this one - lots of trees for no reward, but it might be good on a nice day!

Mount Bourgeau http://www.trailpeak.com/index.jsp?con=trail&val=1011

Longish day. About 2 hours of boring trees to start and finish, but once out of them this was good. Felt like a proper mountain day!

Wenkchemna Pass http://www.trailpeak.com/index.jsp?con=trail&val=1240

Steep climb through trees to start, then fairly gentle with stunning scenery in the Valley of the Ten Peaks.

Mount Saint Piran http://truedino.com/mtstpiran.htm

Straightforward peak overlooking Lake Louise with stunning views - recommended. Start early before the hordes arrive!

Paget Peak http://www.trailpeak.com/index.jsp?con=trail&val=11916

Decent path to the old fire lookout, then pretty horrible scree to the top.

Iceline Trail http://www.trailpeak.com/index.jsp?con=trail&val=3288

Very good walk, varied, great scenery. Takakkaw Falls are stunning and well worth a visit even if you don't do the walk.

Balu Pass http://www.pc.gc.ca/eng/pn-np/bc/glacier/activ/activ2/randonees-jour-day-hi...

Half day walk from the summit of Rogers Pass - pleasant with minimal tree content! We were supposed to carry on and do a scramble to Cheops Mountain, but the weather was dodgy.

Abbott Ridge http://www.pc.gc.ca/eng/pn-np/bc/glacier/activ/activ2/randonees-jour-day-hi...

A good walk with great views once above Marion Lake, though rather oddly, the trail just stops before you reach the top of anything!

Miller Lake and Jade Pass http://www.kamloopstrails.net/jade-pass/

A good walk with low tree content to a high pass - we climbed easily up to the unnamed summit to the N of Jade Pass which was a good viewpoint.

Looks like you are visiting some great (if a little busy) areas. Just remember to be "bear aware" especially if you hike alone.

The sunshine coast trail is great, a good hut to hut trek.
