Just in case there is another, I'm referring to the one in Torridon.

What are the safe descent options (with dog and backpack) down Stuc Toll nam Biast or thereabouts?

Ta.

Also: pitching? Is it mostly shattered rock and rock outcrops?

Perfect. Thanks. That route of Malky's is jyst about my intended route. Maybe go over 581m height to the bealach. Can prob suss it out when there (unless advice here says otherwise)

In reply to Flinticus:

You risk getting cragfast if you go over pt 581. Going up rather than down, I faffed around for a while before giving up and skirting its N side (as on Malky's map). The continuation up to Stuc Toll nam Biast had some pleasant intermittent scrambling, probably avoidable slightly to the S.

Where are you trying to get to?

The top! But by a route taking in as much of the ridge and sub tops as possible via the bealach with Beinn na h-Eaglaise.

I went up the Stuc from Meall Dubh na Drochaid a couple years back; steep, but absolutely fine, I thought.
