In addition to the couple of photos added here there are loads more in the link, please have a look at them. The last 4 photos show the worst wear and tear. The first of these shows a bump/puncture to the removeable, plastic back panel (I can't notice it when wearing the rucksack and am sure it could be improved if it bothered you). The second shows a cut to the base, I think the base is made of a double layer, the cut only goes through the first layer. The third shows a slightly scorched strap - I think it got caught in a vacuum cleaner! The last one just shows a bit of general surface wear.
Please note - these were supplied with an elastic bungee criss-crossed across the front. The only way to remove it was to cut it off and that's what I did! It would be easy to replace if you so wished, thanks for looking.
