It does seem to be oddly difficulty to find ones that aren't panorama perspectives or kitschy relief models. I bought this for my office wall recently, but it's a satellite photo composite rather than an actual map:
Look on Globetrotter.de or Stanfords. If such a thing exists they'll have it. Globetrotter won't send out of Germany, but you'll be able to find out what it's called and get it elsewhere.
This one one may do job, though it's more a road map with names peaks and features. https://cordee.co.uk/RK0047 . I have found the admin staff at Cordee v helpful so call them to send or upload a sample of the "look inside" so you can see if the mountain detail is what your looking for (telephone number to right). Their website is not very mobile friendly. The description mentions shading by height.
