If you like super hero's and dark humour, then I highly recommend Amazon's The Boys.
Here they are reading One Star reviews of their show.
I've enjoyed it - it is very dark, and cynical, and definitely not for everyone, but it's got interesting characters along with it.
Thanks for the reviews link - that was funny!
Worth it just for Butcher's accent and the weaponised baby.
This is probably the best series that I have seen in the last couple of years. Sadly I just finished Season Two the other night and can't wait for Season 3.
The other half wasn't impressed with me when the dolphin died. I roared with laughter when the dolphin met a horrible end.

I honestly thought that he was Australian. It took a few episodes before I realised that his accent was a bit off the mark. Saying that, knowing what it is supposed to be, adds to the fun of watching the show.
I just hope that he never tries to do an authentic accent because this would spoil the fun of watching him butcher the English language with his profanity.
This made me laugh.
Yea, it’s a good un, season 2 downloaded ready to watch.
Good to see Antony Starr back after the superb Banshee series

The actor who plays Butcher is from New Zealand. I don't know if you you know the series is based on a comic/graphic novel series. If you're into that kinda thing, they're excellent and well worth reading.
