A little disappointing.

The music is distracting, and it doesn't quite hang together (Ben Nevis episode).

My experience as well. The music distracted from the dialogue  and even drown out some of it. The dialogue itself was not that interesting either.

I have to agree with you and veteye. Found it difficult to listen to, what with a slightly breathless narrator and the intrusive music. I was hoping for something more substantial and interesting - I think I nodded off during the ascent of Scafell Pike...

ps. according to the Radio 3 programme blurb, Yr Wyddfa has been elevated to second highest in Britain.
