One of my colleagues told me at work this morning that the flute player, rock star and one-time owner of Blabheinn has passed away. I can't find anything on the Beeb - anybody heard anything?

I can’t find anything confirming this, presently having a narrow boat built which I’m naming Wondring Aloud

I actually slightly prefer the other acoustic song on the album “cheap day return” but it’s a pish name for a boat -)

Given your user name, where is your boat being built ? My boats at Chirk, or I assume it is, I'm not allowed in !!!

Near Stoke, but Chirk is also going to be its base
