Share you "feel good" lockdown streaming film finds!

Films we've particularly enjoyed and would recommend are:

Fisherman's Friends - if you haven't seen this it's a must, loosely based on a true story - funny and brilliant, very evocative of Cornwall too for climbing/sea kayaking friends

Green Book: Classic road movie with redemption, again loosely based on a true story

The Way: Another classic road move with redemption, great characters and Pyrenees scenery.

Aeronaughts: Very entertaining, another Loosely based on a true story.

Vice: Not so much redemption on this one but a fascinating and entertaining biopic of the US Vice President Dick Cheney and frightening insight into Geopolitics over the last 20 years.

Please post your own recommendations, and also comments on the above or others' recommendations

Thanks

If you can wait right till the end for your feelgood then"The Lives of Others" is unbeatable.

the heavily fictionalised, fun “Eddie the Eagle” is feelgood

as is “Gifted” starring McKenna Grace

In reply to Blue Straggler:

Thanks, agree re Eddie, also sharing an apres ski drinking session with him in St Anton some years ago was also “feel good”

Captain fantastic with Viggo Mortensen, good film about family that live off grid, some difficult bits but generally a great watch

Little Miss Sunshine's always a good bet

Blues Brothers.

You can have a good sing-a-long as well, bound to lift the spirits.

Eddie the Eagle is also on Film4 now, rather than needing to be streamed which is good.

I don't have any streaming services so I was just recommending feelgood films. Sorry if they turn out not to be available on streaming services. I take it from the thread title and OP that you want them to be definitely available streaming, rather than just "recommendations of feelgood films"?
