A Passionate Sisterhood by Kathleen Jones has caused me to reappraise my attitude to Wordsworth et al. It's about the lives of the women in the milieu that was the "Lakes Poets". 

I've been hero worshipping Wordsworth since I was sixteen. Now, not so much. Robert Southey, Sara Coleridge on the other hand... I think I'll have another visit to Crossthwaite Church...

Thanks, sounds interesting, maybe not so much for me but will be appreciated perhaps by my Dad. Just read a review that says it paints a fuller picture of Dorothy Wordsworth than most of us have (I am so superficial that I only really learned what was dramatised in Julien Temple's wonderful film "Pandaemonium")
