You are comparing apples and oranges. In F1 it easier to distance the drivers, and manage the spectators at a race track. The crews and pit stops are an issue, but a lot of testing and precautions can help mitigate that.
And its in Germany with far lower infection rate.
Not that I'm an F1 fan. I'd happily see the end of it on environmental grounds, and am deeply suspect of their business practices.
