New land speed record - there was a bit of drafting involved, but 184mph - hells teeth!

If the 280 from Preston to Clitheroe was capable of 185 mph I'd have smashed the record before her, just by drafting.

These speed records that are dependant on drafting seem a bit pointless but strike me as a pretty scary undertaking. So pretty impressive in a rather unnecessary way.

According to Strava I did my 13 mile commute to work this morning in 2 min 57 seconds at 189.4 mph. I win!

Love to know what the gearing on that bike looks like. Mine runs out of steam at about 70kph

Two sequential gears of 60/10 or such, which is why the initial towing cannot be avoided.
