I have been climbing for 31 years and in that time climbed extensively in the UK and abroad. I have done several new routes in the Lakes and in Yorkshire including several on Chapel Head Scar. Actually most of the great routes there!
I have been building Climbing Walls since 1994, originally with EP then went on to form my own company-KING KONG CLIMBING WALLS in 1998. We have built literally 100's of walls now all around the UK and Ireland and we are a member of CWMA. (Climbing Wall Manufatureres Association).

Anything Else We Should Know
I have been climbing since 1977 which to some people might seem like a long time ago and to others maybe not too long ago. The Giant Tortoise for example is the longest living mammal at around 177 years and this would only represent a fifth of it's life. Of course you dont see many Giant Tortoises climbing much these days and when you do they move very slowly, much like some of my old climbing partners. I laugh about this now but probably this statement will come back to haunt me and the analogy with the giant tortoise will be more obvious, especially when the wrinkled skin around my neck starts to wobble when I move.
