I'm a late starter, being 29 and only having climbed for the past 4 years with a year break in the middle while my climbing partner had her baby.The first time I climbed was genuinely a game changing experience for me! I had never experienced anything like it. The physical aspects, the mental and the social are all brilliant!
On a non climbing note I'm a Scot living in England, a vegan living with omnivores and an extrovert in an introvert's body and mind.
