I'm new to climbing this year. I do indoor climbing once a fortnight and am very much getting used to the technical skills but finding it enjoyable and hope to continue. I'm travelling around Europe for six months from April, and am preparing to walk the Camino, G20 and The Mount Blanc hikes, but it would be great to get some climbing in also. I'm really keen to climb the Breithorn in Switzerland from the Italian side, and have done a 1:1 course at the National Mountain Centre in Wales covering the skills required to do this (rope work, traversing the ground, crevasse rescue and general safety). I am looking for someone to complete this with who has the relevant safety knowledge also, as I am travelling alone.
