We are so excited to be re-opening our doors to you again!
The past three months have been, at best, a strange time for all of us and we really hope that you and your families have stayed safe and well throughout.
Thank you so much for your messages of support and continued custom through our website – we really appreciate every purchase you make with us and it has made a massive difference to how we have been able to plan for re-opening. We have been working hard to keep up with the Government guidelines so that we can welcome you back into our shops as safely as we possibly can.
Here is a timetable for our re-opening, starting with Ambleside.
From Monday 15th June. Ambleside (Click & Collect Only, and boot fitting by appointment). Please ring us to book an appointment or click below to book online. We will be available from 10am-5pm Monday to Friday. Closed at the weekends.
Monday 29th June. Ambleside. The store will re-open fully with recommended social distancing guidelines. We will try and keep things as normal as possible, but we will need to restrict the number of customers in the store at one time and in certain areas. Our new opening hours will be published shortly, so follow our social media channels if you don't already.
Once we have a re-opening date from the Welsh government regarding our Joe Brown shops in Snowdonia, we will let you know as soon as we are able to open!
As changes to circumstances can come daily, we will be returning to our "Traffic Light" opening system which will be displayed on our website and on our shop doors as before, in the run-up to lockdown, keeping you informed of how you can make your purchases on any given day. Don't forget to check online or call before you travel.
The knowledge, advice and service that we pride ourselves on is always available to you over the phone or via e-mail and you are very welcome to call the Ambleside shop or Warehouse directly to discuss which item would be the best for you. Don't forget to sign up to our newsletter for all of the latest deals – we have a few!
