Digital Marketing Manager
The Role: A mixture of remote and London-based work with some marketing support for our three centres based in the northwest of England. There is the option of HarroWall, VauxWall East or CanaryWall as a primary office with an expectation to visit all centres to connect with centre managers and understand their specific offering throughout the course of the year.
The Candidate: We are looking for a highly organised and experienced marketing professional who has a comprehensive set of up-to-date marketing skills across all common marketing platforms. The ideal candidate would have a broad understanding of the fitness industry, family activities and be capable of working independently and as part of the broader management team.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting the regional management team and centre managers in all marketing efforts
Comprehensive understanding and implementation of PPC campaigns across all social media platforms to support the growth our London climbing centres
Comprehensive understanding and implementation of Google Ads campaigns
Focused attention on SEO and website analysis to ensure our website best communicates our offering and is easy to find, navigate and purchase from
Planning and implementing impactful direct email marketing communications
Forward planning of marketing strategy inclusive of yearly fitness trends, events, academic terms, and holiday offerings across our centres
Bespoke marketing planning to support individual centres' specific challenges in addition to clear delivery of our seven centre London offering
Clear monthly reporting of marketing efforts and development of KPIs
Development of guidelines and training to support social media assistants at each centre
Requirements
-> Digital marketing all-rounder with 2+ years of experience (social media, SEO, email marketing, paid ads, etc.)
-> Strong analytical background
-> Metrics-driven mind and data fluency
-> Project management skills
-> Ability to provide creative vision/direction
-> Excellent collaborative working and communication skills
-> Excellent copywriting skills, preferably industry relevant
-> Good knowledge of the world of climbing (or equivalent sport) and an understanding of our broad customer base
-> Experience using WordPress
-> Ability to use creative tools and templates according to brand guidelines
Salary: Full time £30-£36k+ dependent on skills & experience.
