Best Climbing Experience

Have to say it was the endless games of Bridge, Coffee and pancakes in the Colin Todd hut over three days with some mad Kiwis before a magical moonlit start, Alpenglow dawn, and eerily still morning on the SW ridge of Aspiring in NZ. followed by a harrowing descent down the Ramp in white-out conditions! Mountaineering....It happens. Then...... back in the hut before midday to resume the bridge championship with a true Trans-Tasman rivalry akin to a Wallabies Vs All Blacks Test! Look.... I could bang on for ten pages and I would have still left out hundreds of memorable days on the crags...both high and tiny. Deep water solos, 15 people at a time soloing Tiptoe Ridge 3 at Arapiles in the moonlight. Finding a crag before anyone else and getting the first plum lines...... I can go on for ever! Climbing is just one of the best things I have done with my life consistently since I was 14.
