Rockfax Description
3 or 4 pitches. The broad waterfall to the right of Juvsøyla is impossible to miss. Start in the same chimney as Juvsøyla but belay where the ramp formation on Trappfoss branches off to the right. Follow this ramp for a long pitch to a belay. Continue up steep ice to a belay on a ledge. Follow more ledges to the top. Descend either by walking off or abseil from drilled ice anchors. © Rockfax

βeta: Hydro scheme prefer you to walk in from the Krokn parking to avoid “extremely dangerous. This is an overflow from the Vemork power plant” 60m ab doesn’t quite get you down the first two pitches though it looked close! https://qrdata.no/page/1693555493654x138080884577271800 | βeta?

βeta: Did it in 3 pitches on 60m ropes. Belays are logical and obvious. Good route | βeta?

βeta: great route, much quieter up the end of the gorge and the snow slopes to get to it and the longish walk off make it a much more interesting proposition. | βeta?
