3 pitches. Grade refers to the difficulty of the hardest climbs in perfect conditions (low tide, waves, dry condition etc) and does not reflect the seriousness of coast traversing on Exmoor: in particular you must move with speed to traverse crucial sections before cut-off (at best) by the incoming tide.

You'll need to split this into sections, unless moving fast or equipped to spend night out if you fail to reach an escape.
Heddon's mouth to Boseley Gut - 2 pitches VD at "The Swim"
Boseley Gut and North cleave Gut - at low spring tides, possible to boulder hop around entrance of zawn, and with a slightly higher level you can climb out via the west wall: at least Severe.
North cleave to Great Hangman- a couple of short scrambles around Diff if tide is low. Difficulties mount at higher tides, starting with the east-bounding ridge of Sherrycombe.
