Rockfax Description
The lower wall has a hard move on the blank bit and a loose middle section below the break, which needs care. The fine crack in the upper wall is worth the effort. © Rockfax

βeta: First pitch has a 5c move but decent wires over to left. Crack is loose and needs cams to make safe (lots of loose rock) then there is a rose bush that blocks the way on! I went into the first pitch of Mortuary Steps and I’m glad I did as the corner above was loose. Needs a proper clean….No way is this HVS in present condition. | βeta?

βeta: Has a couple of nice moves in a fine position, but the bottom half is awful and the final third not much better | βeta?
